Payment Terms & Important Notes
Payment Method: Bank transfer (Bonifico Bancario) to Terra Profonda S.r.l., IBAN: IT60 X030 1224 5601 2345 6789 012, BIC/SWIFT: BCITITMM. Please reference Invoice No. TF-2025-0047 in the transfer description.
Payment Deadline: Full payment is due within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the professional services contract dated 02 March 2025 and the provisions of the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile, Art. 1181 and 1219).
Late Payment: In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate set by the European Central Bank (ECB) plus 8 percentage points shall apply, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU as transposed into Italian law (D.Lgs. 231/2002).
Professional Liability: All geological and geotechnical services described in this invoice have been performed in strict compliance with the Italian professional code of conduct for Geologists (Codice Deontologico dei Geologi) and the technical standards issued by the Italian National Building Code (NTC 2018). The geologist's professional liability is covered by the insurance policy referenced above, with a coverage limit of € 1,000,000 per claim.
Regulatory Compliance: The geological investigation and reporting activities were carried out in full compliance with the regulations of the Comune di Milano (Milan Municipality), the Regione Lombardia environmental and land-use directives, and the national seismic zoning classification. All borehole locations were pre-approved by the Milan Municipal Technical Office (Ufficio Tecnico del Comune di Milano) under permit n. 2025/GE/0341.
Document Retention: In accordance with Italian tax and accounting regulations (D.P.R. 600/1973 and D.P.R. 633/1972), this invoice and all supporting geological documentation shall be retained for a minimum period of 10 (ten) years. The client is advised to retain a copy of this invoice and the associated geological report for the entire lifecycle of the construction project.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this invoice or the associated geological services shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Milano, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
