Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Terravista Geological Consulting Co., Ltd., a registered Geologist practice operating in Japan Osaka. All geological services described herein were performed in strict accordance with the Japan Society of Engineering Geology standards and Osaka Prefecture municipal building codes.

Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japan commercial law. Please reference Invoice number TV-2025-OSK-0487 in all correspondence.
Geologist Certification: All fieldwork and analysis were conducted under the direct supervision of Dr. Kenji Tanaka, a certified Geologist registered with the Japan Geological Society (License No. JGS-2009-4471). The Geologist's professional liability insurance is maintained through Nippon Fire & Marine Insurance, Policy No. NFM-2025-88901.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes the final billing document for all geological services rendered by the Geologist and associated team at the project site in Japan Osaka between March 3, 2025, and June 5, 2025. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated in this Invoice unless a written change order is executed by both parties.
2. The Geologist reserves the right to retain all geological data, core samples, and laboratory results until full payment of this Invoice has been received and cleared. Upon confirmation of payment, all proprietary data will be transferred to the client in both digital (PDF, GIS shapefile) and hard-copy formats.
3. All services were performed in compliance with the Japan Osaka Prefecture Environmental Impact Assessment Act, the Japan Building Standards Law, and the Japan Geological Survey standards. The Geologist warrants that all findings presented are accurate to the best of professional judgment based on available field and laboratory data.
4. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Osaka, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Osaka Arbitration Center. The governing law for this Invoice and all associated services is the law of Japan.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Geologist reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable Japanese tax rates have changed.
