Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 30 calendar days of the issue date (i.e., no later than July 12, 2025). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account of Tokyo GeoScience Consulting Ltd., Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Shibuya Branch, Account No. 004-287-651, Account Name: Tokyo GeoScience Consulting Ltd.
Please reference Invoice No. TGC-2025-0487 in the transfer memo. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will apply to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the Japan Tokyo commercial transaction regulations.

All geological fieldwork described in this Invoice was conducted in full compliance with the Japan Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance on Subsurface Investigation (Ordinance No. 2022-114) and the national Geological Survey Standards issued by the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (GSI).
The Lead Geologist, Dr. Kenji Yamamoto, holds a valid professional license issued by the Japan Tokyo Geologists' Association and is registered under the National Land Use Planning Act. All data collected during the survey period is the intellectual property of Tokyo GeoScience Consulting Ltd. and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for Project JPTK-GEOL-2025-031. Any additional geological services requested after the completion of the scope defined herein will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
The Japan Tokyo municipal client acknowledges receipt of the final geological risk report on May 22, 2025, and confirms that all deliverables specified in the original contract have been satisfied to the professional standard expected of a licensed Geologist operating in Japan Tokyo.
