Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 14 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account. A 2% early payment discount applies if the full amount is received before 28 June 2025. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per Kuwaiti commercial law. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-KW-00487 on all remittances.

Notes & Terms of Service
1. All geological data, reports, and interpretations provided by the Geologist under this Invoice are the intellectual property of Al-Rashid Geological Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
2. The Geologist warrants that all fieldwork was conducted in accordance with Kuwaiti environmental regulations and the State of Kuwait's Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources guidelines.
3. This Invoice covers all services rendered between 1 March 2025 and 12 June 2025 at the designated project site in Kuwait Kuwait City. Any additional scope of work will be invoiced separately.
4. The Lead Geologist, Dr. Layla Al-Harbi, holds a valid professional practice license issued by the Kuwait Council of Engineers and is registered with the Kuwait Geological Society.
5. All measurements are reported in metric units. Geological coordinates are referenced to the Kuwait National Grid (WGS84 datum).
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
