Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Federal Tax Code (Código Fiscal de la Federación) of Mexico and must be accompanied by a CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) electronic invoice for tax deduction purposes. The CFDI folio will be transmitted via email within 48 hours of this Invoice's issuance.
2. All geological services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Geologist registered with the Mexican Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) and comply with the General Law of Ecological Equilibrium and Protection (LGEEPA) applicable in Mexico Mexico City.
3. Payment is due within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date (July 15, 2025). Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as stipulated in the service agreement. The 5% early payment discount applies if full settlement is received before June 30, 2025.
4. The Geologist retains all intellectual property rights over the geological data, maps, and analytical models produced under this engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the project located in Mexico Mexico City.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Mexico Mexico City, in accordance with the Mexican Civil Code.
