Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Geological Consulting SARL, Bank: Attijariwafa Bank, IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0310 0001 2345 6789, Casablanca branch.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Moroccan commercial law (Code de Commerce, Article 431).
The client is required to settle 40% of the total Invoice amount as an advance payment upon contract signing, with the remaining 60% due upon delivery and acceptance of the final geological report.
All services rendered by the Geologist are subject to the professional code of ethics established by the Moroccan Ministry of Energy and Mines. The Geologist warrants that all findings, interpretations, and recommendations contained in this engagement are provided in good faith and based on accepted geological and geotechnical engineering standards.
Important Notes
1. This Invoice covers all geological and geotechnical services performed by the licensed Geologist and his field team at the project site in Morocco Casablanca between 01 April 2025 and 10 June 2025.
2. All borehole logs, core sample photographs, and raw geophysical data are included as appendices to the final report and are the property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. The Geologist reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should additional fieldwork be required due to unforeseen subsurface conditions not identified during the initial site reconnaissance.
4. This document constitutes a valid fiscal Invoice in compliance with the Moroccan General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts) and must be retained by the client for a minimum period of ten (10) years for tax audit purposes.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated geological services shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
