This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.

Terms & Conditions
- All geological data and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Golden Pagoda Geological Consultants until full payment is received.
- The Geologist's professional liability is limited to the total value of this Invoice as per Myanmar professional services legislation.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be requested in writing.
- All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with Myanmar's Environmental Conservation Law (2012) and the Mines Law (2016).
- The Geologist's professional license (No. GEO-2018-0042) is registered with the Myanmar Geological Society, Yangon Chapter.
