Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by Himalayan GeoSciences Pvt. Ltd., a registered Geologist services firm operating in Nepal Kathmandu, in accordance with the Nepal Companies Act 2063 (2006) and the Nepal Geological Commission regulations.
- Payment of this Invoice shall be made within 15 calendar days from the date of issue via bank transfer to Nabil Bank Ltd., Kathmandu Branch, Account No. 012-045-6789, in the name of Himalayan GeoSciences Pvt. Ltd.
- All geological services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Geologist registered with the Nepal Geological Commission. The Geologist's professional liability is covered under insurance policy No. HGS-INS-2025-0012.
- The geological data, maps, and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client upon full settlement. The Geologist retains the right to publish anonymized findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the Nepal Arbitration Act 2055 (1999).
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued reflecting any applicable rate adjustments.
- All fieldwork conducted in the Nepal Kathmandu region complied with the Nepal Environmental Impact Assessment and Monitoring Act 2076 (2019) and local municipal bylaws.
Notes and Remarks
This Invoice covers the complete geological survey engagement for the Nepal Kathmandu seismic resilience project. The Geologist, Mr. Tenzin Norbu, and his team of four junior geologists completed all fieldwork between 1 March 2025 and 10 June 2025. All core samples were analyzed at the Central Department of Geology and Mining Engineering, Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Nepal. The final geological report (420 pages, including 85 figures and 32 tables) has been submitted to the Nepal Geological Survey Department on 12 June 2025. This Invoice represents the final and complete billing for the project. No further charges will be incurred unless a supplementary scope is agreed upon in writing. We thank the Nepal Geological Survey Department for entrusting this important geological work to our team of Geologists in Nepal Kathmandu.
