Late Payment: In accordance with the Dutch Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act (Wet betalingsvoorwaarden), a late payment interest rate of 8% per annum plus a fixed cost of €40 per Invoice will apply to overdue amounts.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice must be raised in writing within 10 business days of receipt. The Geologist and TerraNova Geoscience B.V. reserve the right to suspend ongoing services until the Invoice is settled in full.
