This Invoice represents the final and complete payment for all geological consultancy, fieldwork, laboratory interpretation, and reporting deliverables associated with the Waiatarua Road project scope.
Please note that any variation in scope, additional borehole investigations, or extended fieldwork beyond the originally agreed programme will be subject to a supplementary Invoice. The Geologist reserves the right to issue such additional documentation should the Auckland Council request further subsurface data or updated hazard assessments.
All geological data, maps, and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of TerraScope Geology Ltd until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, a licence to use the Geologist's findings for the stated project purpose is granted to Auckland Council.
