All geological interpretations, risk assessments, and recommendations contained in the associated report are the professional opinion of the undersigned Geologist and are provided in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Geological Society of New Zealand.
The findings of this geological investigation are specific to the site located in Khandallah, Wellington, New Zealand, and should not be extrapolated to adjacent properties without further site-specific investigation by a qualified Geologist. The seismic hazard parameters used in this assessment are based on the 2024 GNS Science New Zealand National Seismic Hazard Model and are subject to periodic revision.
This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice number WGS-2025-0347 on all correspondence and remittances. The Geologist reserves the right to issue a supplementary Invoice should additional fieldwork be required following council feedback.
