Notes from the Geologist
Dear Client,
Please note that the geological findings presented in this Invoice's associated technical report indicate moderate to high bearing capacity across the Garki Phase 2 site. However, the Geologist strongly recommends that the client review the hydrogeological section prior to finalising foundation design, as seasonal water table fluctuations in Nigeria Abuja may affect deep pile foundations during the rainy season (June–September).
All fieldwork was conducted in full compliance with the Nigerian Geological Survey Agency (NGSA) regulations and the Federal Capital Territory environmental guidelines. The Geologist's professional stamp and NISG registration number are affixed to the final report.
Should you require any clarification on the line items in this Invoice or wish to schedule a follow-up consultation with the Geologist, please contact our Nigeria Abuja office at the number or email provided above.
