Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by GeoSurvey Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered geological consulting firm operating in Pakistan Islamabad, for professional services rendered by a licensed Geologist and supporting field team. All geological data, reports, and recommendations contained in the deliverables are the intellectual property of the Geologist and the firm until full payment is received.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per the Federal Government of Pakistan procurement regulations applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
3. The Geologist assigned to this project, Dr. Ahmed Raza Khan, holds a valid professional license issued by the Pakistan Geological Survey and is registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category PGE. All fieldwork was conducted in strict compliance with the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) municipal by-laws.
4. This Invoice covers all geological fieldwork, laboratory analysis, data interpretation, and report preparation as itemized above. Any additional scope of work requested by the client beyond the original project brief will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
5. The client acknowledges that the geological findings presented are based on the data available at the time of the survey in the Pakistan Islamabad region and are subject to natural variability. The Geologist's recommendations should be treated as advisory and must be validated by a structural engineer before any construction activity commences.
6. All invoices and correspondence related to this engagement shall be directed to the billing office in Pakistan Islamabad. Electronic copies of this Invoice are valid and carry the same legal weight as the original document under the Pakistan Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.
