Invoice Notes & Geologist Certification
This Invoice certifies that all geological services were performed by a licensed Geologist registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú (CIP), Lima Chapter, under professional registration number RNP-18472. The Geologist guarantees the accuracy and scientific integrity of all data, analyses, and recommendations contained in the deliverables referenced in this Invoice.
All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with Peruvian mining law (Ley General de Minería, D.S. N° 014-92-EM) and environmental regulations enforced in Peru Lima. The Geologist assumes full professional liability for the technical content of this engagement.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to: BCP – Cta. Corriente N° 191-19045678-05-05, Titular: Carlos Mendoza Huamán, RUC 20587432190, Peru Lima.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as stipulated by Peruvian commercial law applicable in Peru Lima.
2. The Geologist reserves the right to withhold final deliverables (complete geological reports, raw data sets, and GIS shapefiles) until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed.
3. All intellectual property rights to the geological data, maps, and technical reports generated under this engagement belong to the client upon full payment. The Geologist retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications with prior written consent.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the courts of the judicial district of Peru Lima, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code and Commercial Code.
5. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment and does not constitute a warranty beyond the professional standards of the Geologist as defined by the CIP Code of Ethics.
6. The client acknowledges that the Geologist's recommendations are advisory in nature and do not replace the need for independent engineering verification prior to construction or extraction activities in Peru Lima.
