Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by TerraGeo Consulting Philippines for professional geological and geotechnical services rendered by our team of licensed Geologists in the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. All services were performed in strict compliance with the Philippine National Standards (PNS), the National Building Code of the Philippines, and the regulations set forth by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Philippine Association of Geologists.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to BDO Unibank, Inc. – Account Name: TerraGeo Consulting Philippines – Account No. 0123-4567-8901 – Branch: Ayala Center, Philippines Manila.
Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in our Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025. Please reference Invoice No. TG-2025-00487 in all correspondence and remittances.
Validity: This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issuance. After this period, the amounts stated herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and cost adjustments.
Terms and Conditions
1. All geological data, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Geologist and the TerraGeo team remain the exclusive property of TerraGeo Consulting Philippines until full payment of this Invoice is received.
2. The services described in this Invoice were performed by a PRC-licensed Geologist and qualified geotechnical engineers in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Philippine Association of Geologists.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
4. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of geological conditions beyond the scope of the investigation described herein. The Geologist's findings are based on the data available at the time of the site investigation in the Philippines Manila area.
5. All amounts are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). This Invoice is subject to the tax laws of the Republic of the Philippines as administered by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
