Payment Terms and Invoice Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Service Agreement No. SPA-2025-0114 dated 28 February 2025 between Neva Geological Consultancy LLC and the St. Petersburg Urban Development Authority. All geological services described herein were performed by a licensed Geologist registered with the Russian Federation Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice via bank transfer to the account specified below.
- Bank: Sberbank, St. Petersburg Branch. Account: 40702810900000012345. BIC: SABRRU32SPB. SWIFT: SABRRUMMSPB.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per calendar day as stipulated in Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, a revised Invoice must be requested in writing.
- All geological data, borehole records, and laboratory reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of Neva Geological Consultancy LLC until full payment is received.
- The Geologist certifies that all fieldwork and laboratory analyses were conducted in compliance with applicable Russian Federation regulations, including Federal Law No. 173-FZ on Subsoil and GOST standards for geotechnical investigations.
Important Note: This Invoice covers all geological and geotechnical services rendered in the Russia Saint Petersburg project area for the period March–June 2025. Any additional fieldwork, supplementary testing, or report amendments requested after the final report delivery date will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from both parties.
