Invoice Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Al-Rasheed Geological Services Co., a licensed Geologist consultancy firm registered in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, in accordance with the terms of Contract No. MCD-2025-0312. All geological and geotechnical services described herein were performed by qualified and certified Geologist professionals holding valid Saudi Arabian Board of Engineers (SABE) registration.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., on or before 15 July 2025.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Riyad Bank, Account No. 4456-7890-1234, IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519, in favor of Al-Rasheed Geological Services Co., Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month shall apply to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in compliance with Saudi Arabian commercial regulations.
- All geological data, core samples, and reports delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Geologist consultancy until full payment is received.
- This Invoice is subject to the VAT laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The 15% VAT is calculated on the subtotal as per ZATCA regulations.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court, Saudi Arabia Jeddah, in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.
- The Geologist services rendered are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final report delivery. Any re-investigation required due to errors in the original Geologist assessment shall be performed at no additional cost.
