Invoice Terms, Conditions & Payment Details
This Invoice is issued by Al-Riyadh Geological Consulting Co., a licensed Geologist practice registered in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, in accordance with the Saudi Arabian Commercial Transactions Law and the regulations of the Saudi Geological Survey. All geological services described herein were performed by a qualified, licensed Geologist holding Professional Geologist License No. PG-2019-0342.
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date (15 June 2025). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account below. A 5% early-payment discount applies if settled within 14 days.
- Bank Details: Al Rajhi Bank, Riyadh Branch, Saudi Arabia. IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519. Beneficiary: Al-Riyadh Geological Consulting Co.
- Late Payment: Overdue amounts on this Invoice shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month in compliance with Saudi Arabian commercial law. The Geologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing field supervision services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh until outstanding balances are settled.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Geologist may re-quote rates based on current market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Warranty: The Geologist warrants that all geological data, interpretations, and reports delivered under this Invoice are accurate to the best of professional judgment and comply with SASO and Saudi Geological Survey standards. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of final report delivery.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated geological services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be resolved through the Riyadh Commercial Court in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.
