Project DescriptionThis Invoice pertains to the comprehensive geological survey, subsurface characterization, and environmental risk assessment conducted by the undersigned Geologist for the proposed coastal infrastructure development project along the Almadies coastline in Senegal Dakar. The scope of work included detailed geological mapping, borehole drilling and core sampling, geophysical surveying (seismic refraction and electrical resistivity), laboratory analysis of soil and rock samples, and the preparation of a final technical report in compliance with Senegalese regulatory standards and the directives of the Direction des Mines et de la Géologie (DMG) of Senegal. All fieldwork was executed between 03 March 2025 and 28 May 2025 within the administrative boundaries of Dakar, Senegal.

Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional standards of the Ordre des Géologues du Sénégal and the regulatory framework governing geological consulting services in Senegal Dakar.
- The Geologist warrants that all field data, laboratory results, and interpretive conclusions presented in the final report are accurate to the best of professional judgment and comply with ISO 19650 and Senegalese national geological survey standards.
- Any late payment beyond the due date shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, as stipulated under the Code de Commerce of Senegal.
- All intellectual property rights pertaining to the geological data, maps, and reports generated under this engagement remain with the Geologist until full payment of this Invoice is received.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with Senegalese law.
