Invoice Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Dr. Tan Wei Ming, a licensed Geologist registered with the Singapore Singapore Board of Geologists, and is valid for payment within 30 calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified Geologist in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Standards (SS) 590:2019 for geotechnical investigations and the relevant provisions of the Building Control Act of Singapore Singapore.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Terravista Geology Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201933456A) at DBS Bank, Singapore Singapore, Account No. 012-3456-789. Please reference Invoice Number TGV-2025-00482 on all remittances.
- A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance on this Invoice beyond the due date of 15 July 2025, in accordance with the Late Payment of Outstanding Debts Act of Singapore Singapore.
- The Geologist warrants that all geological data, interpretations, and recommendations contained in the deliverables referenced by this Invoice are accurate to the best of professional judgment based on the fieldwork conducted in Singapore Singapore during the stated survey period.
- This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of subsurface conditions. The Geologist's liability is limited to the total value of this Invoice.
