The Geologist warrants that all data, interpretations, and recommendations contained in the deliverables associated with this Invoice are accurate to the best of professional geological science and are provided in good faith. This Invoice covers all professional fees, fieldwork, laboratory coordination, and reporting. Travel expenses within the Johannesburg metropolitan area are included; inter-provincial travel is billed separately.
Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the National Credit Act of South Africa. Please reference Invoice No. GEO-JHB-2025-0487 on all correspondence and remittances.
