- The Geologist confirms that all fieldwork was carried out in full compliance with the professional code of ethics of the Colègi Oficial de Geòlegs de Catalunya and applicable environmental legislation of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Kingdom of Spain.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil procedure law.
