Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to Nile Basin Geological Consultants, Bank of Khartoum, Account No: 0045-7821-3390-112, SWIFT: BOKHSDXX. The total amount due is 964,768.00 Sudanese Pounds (SDG).
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date of 15 July 2025. This Invoice must be referenced on all correspondence and payment remittances. The Ministry is requested to confirm receipt of this Invoice within five (5) business days of delivery.
All geological data, maps, and reports produced under this engagement remain the intellectual property of Nile Basin Geological Consultants until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, a complete data transfer package will be delivered to the Ministry's geological archive in Sudan Khartoum.
Notes & Additional Information
1. All Geologist personnel listed on this Invoice hold valid professional licenses issued by the Sudanese Geological Society and are registered with the Ministry of Mining. Dr. Fatima Ibrahim Hassan, Lead Geologist, holds a PhD in Sedimentary Geology from the University of Khartoum and has over 18 years of field experience in Sudan Khartoum and the broader Nile Basin region.
2. Fieldwork was conducted in compliance with all Sudanese environmental regulations and local community engagement protocols. Permits for geological sampling in protected areas were obtained from the relevant authorities prior to commencement.
3. This Invoice covers the second and final billing period of the contract. The first Invoice (NBG-2025-0298) was issued on 01 May 2025 for the initial mobilization and reconnaissance phase.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Sudanese Arbitration Centre in Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Commercial Arbitration Act of 2005.
5. This document constitutes a formal Invoice for professional geological services rendered. It is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Sudan Khartoum.
