Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Federal Act on the Harmonisation of Cantonal Direct Taxes (AStG). All services rendered by the Geologist, Dr. Lukas Brenner, were performed in full compliance with the professional standards set by the Swiss Society of Geologists (SGG/SGG).
2. The Geologist warrants that all field data, laboratory results, and analytical reports referenced in this Invoice were conducted using calibrated, ISO 17025-accredited equipment and methodologies. Full technical appendices are available upon written request and are not included in this Invoice document.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of 5% per annum as stipulated under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, applicable to all commercial transactions within Switzerland Zurich and the broader Swiss Confederation.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Geologist professional services rendered between 03 May 2025 and 09 June 2025 for the Switzerland Zurich municipal projects listed herein. No additional charges shall apply unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties.
5. The Geologist retains all intellectual property rights over proprietary geological models, interpretive frameworks, and analytical methodologies developed during the course of this engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final reports and data deliverables for the specific project purposes described in this Invoice.
6. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. Should mediation fail, the competent courts of Zurich, Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable Swiss legal framework.
7. This Invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the Geologist reserves the right to re-issue the Invoice with updated VAT rates should Swiss federal tax legislation change.
