1. This invoice is issued by Ankara GeoConsult Ltd., a licensed geological consulting firm registered with the Ankara Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Turkish Chamber of Civil Engineers (TMMOB) and the Turkish Society of Geologists (TJK).
2. All geological fieldwork and laboratory analyses described herein were performed by qualified Geologists holding valid TMMOB professional licenses. The lead Geologist for this project is Dr. Ayşe Demirtaş, PhD in Geology, Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara.
3. The geological survey was conducted in full compliance with the Turkish Environmental Impact Assessment Law (No. 2872), the Turkish Building Law (No. 3194), and the regulations of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi) for construction site investigations.
4. All borehole locations, sample data, and geological maps are the intellectual property of Ankara GeoConsult Ltd. and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Data will be submitted to the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change upon request.
5. This invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. Any queries regarding this invoice should be directed to the billing department at [email protected] or by telephone at +90 312 445 6789, Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:30 (Ankara time, GMT+3).
6. In the event of a dispute, this invoice and the associated service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the competent courts of Ankara shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
