2. All geological fieldwork and laboratory analyses described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified and licensed Geologist registered with the Chamber of Geological Engineers (TMMOB Jeoloji Mühendisleri Odası), Istanbul Branch.
3. The Geologist's professional liability insurance certificate (No. POL-2025-78432) is available upon request and covers all services rendered in Turkey Istanbul as detailed herein.
4. All borehole logs, soil test reports, and geotechnical data referenced in this Invoice are stored at our Istanbul office and will be retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with Turkish archival regulations.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Any services not completed by the due date will be subject to a revised Invoice.
6. The client acknowledges that the geological findings and recommendations provided by the Geologist are based on the data available at the time of investigation and do not constitute a guarantee of subsurface conditions beyond the tested parameters.
7. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the Istanbul Courts and Arbitration Centers shall have exclusive jurisdiction in accordance with Turkish law.
