Invoice Notes & Payment Details
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. UG-MSD-2025-0112) between GeoEast Uganda Ltd. and the Uganda Geological Survey & Mines Department. All geological fieldwork was conducted under the direct supervision of a licensed Geologist registered with the Uganda Geological Society and the Professional Geologists Association of Uganda.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to GeoEast Uganda Ltd., Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account No. 010-456-789-001, Branch: Kampala CBD.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated under the Uganda Financial Institutions Act.
Reference: Please quote Invoice No. GE-UG-2025-0487 on all correspondence and remittances related to this billing cycle.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for geological and geotechnical services rendered in Uganda Kampala and its environs. The services were performed by qualified Geologists holding valid professional licences issued by the relevant Ugandan regulatory authorities.
2. All geological data, core samples, and field records generated during the engagement remain the property of the client upon full settlement of this Invoice. GeoEast Uganda Ltd. retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and academic publications with prior written consent.
3. The Geologist and all field personnel operated in strict compliance with the Uganda Environmental Management Act (Cap. 167), the Mines and Minerals Act (Cap. 121), and all applicable local by-laws of Kampala Capital City Authority.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Uganda (Cap. 70).
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the client is requested to confirm continued acceptance in writing to avoid administrative reprocessing.
