Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Issue Date stated above. Payment shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account of Desert Earth Geosciences LLC, Dubai Islamic Bank, Branch: Downtown Dubai, Account No: 002-1145-8872-001, IBAN: AE070211000000011458872001.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) shall apply to any outstanding balance after the Due Date, in accordance with the commercial terms agreed upon in the Master Service Agreement (MSA-2024-0091) between the Geologist and the Client.
All geological data, reports, and recommendations provided by the Geologist remain the intellectual property of Desert Earth Geosciences LLC unless otherwise stated in writing. This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of geological conditions beyond the scope of the services described herein.
Notes & Additional Information
1. The Geologist, Dr. Khalid Al Mansoori, holds a Doctorate in Geology from the American University of Sharjah and is a registered professional with the Dubai Municipality Professional Registration Authority. All geological services rendered under this Invoice comply with the UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2014 on the Regulation of the Geospatial Information Sector and Dubai Municipality Technical Standards.
2. The site investigation was conducted in full compliance with the environmental regulations of the United Arab Emirates Dubai, including the Dubai Municipality Environmental Permitting Department guidelines for borehole drilling, waste disposal, and groundwater protection.
3. The Geologist confirms that all fieldwork was completed between 20 May 2025 and 10 June 2025. The final Geotechnical Investigation Report was delivered to the Client on 12 June 2025 via secure electronic transfer and hard copy (3 bound copies).
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), United Arab Emirates Dubai.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the Issue Date. After this period, the Client is requested to contact the Geologist's billing office to confirm the outstanding balance before any further project phases commence.
