Additional Notes
This Invoice covers all geological fieldwork, laboratory testing, and reporting services rendered by the Lead Geologist and supporting staff of GeoViet Consulting Co., Ltd. in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City during the period of 02 June 2025 to 14 June 2025. All work was performed in accordance with Vietnamese national standards (TCVN) and the contractual scope defined in Appendix A of the master agreement. The Geologist's Technical Report referenced in Line Item 5 has been delivered in both hard copy (3 bound volumes) and digital PDF format to the client's project office in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City on 14 June 2025. Should the client require any supplementary geological data, additional borehole investigations, or revised foundation recommendations, a separate change-order Invoice will be issued. This document constitutes a valid tax invoice (Hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng) for accounting and tax purposes under Vietnamese law.
