Notes & Important Information
This invoice is issued by Shamva Geological Consulting (Pvt) Ltd, a registered geological practice based in Harare, Zimbabwe, in fulfilment of the professional services agreement dated 28 February 2025. All geological fieldwork was conducted in strict compliance with the Zimbabwe Mining and Minerals Development Act (Chapter 21:05), the Environmental Management Act (Chapter 20:27), and the guidelines set forth by the Zimbabwe Geological Survey and the Zimbabwe Council for Professional Geologists.
The lead Geologist, Dr. Rufaro Ncube, holds full professional registration with the Zimbabwe Council for Professional Geologists and has over fourteen years of experience in mineral exploration and geological consulting within Zimbabwe and the broader Southern African Development Community (SADC) region. All field data, core samples, and analytical results referenced in this invoice are the intellectual property of the client and are subject to the confidentiality clauses outlined in the master services agreement.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this invoice. Late payments will attract a penalty interest rate of 2% per month in accordance with Zimbabwean commercial law. Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for geological consulting services rendered by a qualified Geologist in the Republic of Zimbabwe, specifically within the Harare metropolitan area and the Eastern Highlands region.
2. All services were performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Zimbabwe Geological Society and international geological reporting guidelines (JORC/NI 43-101 equivalents as adopted by Zimbabwean regulatory authorities).
3. The client acknowledges that the geological data, maps, and reports produced under this engagement are confidential and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent from Shamva Geological Consulting (Pvt) Ltd, Harare.
4. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Chapter 7:15) of the Laws of Zimbabwe.
5. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued invoice from our Harare office.
