Payment Terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Invoice; 50% balance due upon final delivery of all deliverables. Late payments incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Algerian commercial law.
Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Graphic Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered creative agency operating in Algeria Algiers, in accordance with the service agreement dated 28 April 2025.
- All intellectual property rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is confirmed, the Graphic Designer retains full copyright over all work-in-progress and delivered assets.
- The client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable as specified. Additional revision cycles will be billed at a rate of 15,000 DZD per hour, subject to a separate Invoice.
- All design files are delivered in industry-standard formats. The Graphic Designer does not guarantee compatibility with third-party software beyond Adobe Creative Suite 2024 and equivalent tools.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, the rates stated herein may be subject to revision due to market conditions in the Algeria Algiers creative services sector.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algeria Algiers, in accordance with the Algerian Commercial Code and applicable regulations.
- The Graphic Designer is not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide timely feedback, content, or approvals beyond the agreed project timeline.
