Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within 30 calendar days from the issue date (July 15, 2025). Payment may be made via bank transfer to the following account held in Argentina Buenos Aires:

A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with Argentine commercial law (Ley de Contrato de Locación de Servicios). The Graphic Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing work until payment is received in full.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all Graphic Designer services rendered during the period of May 1 – June 14, 2025, in Argentina Buenos Aires. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope defined in the original service agreement (Contract Ref: CTR-BA-2025-0112).
2. All source files (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign) and final export files (PDF, PNG, SVG, JPG) will be transferred to the client via secure cloud link within 5 business days of full payment of this Invoice.
3. The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all original concepts, sketches, and exploratory work not selected by the client. Only the final approved deliverables listed in this Invoice are transferred to the client for commercial use.
4. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) electronic invoicing system (Sistema de Facturación Electrónica). The corresponding electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) has been registered under AFIP access code: 0000-0000-0000-0000-0000-0000-0000-0000.

6. This document is valid as a commercial Invoice under the laws of the Province of Buenos Aires and the Nation of Argentina. In the event of any dispute, the competent courts of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
