Payment Due: Full payment of $22,107.60 AUD is due no later than 30 June 2025. A 2% early payment discount has been applied for settlement within 7 days of this invoice date.
Overdue Charges: In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms of our service agreement, a late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.

Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer operating in Australia Brisbane, Queensland, and is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
- All graphic design work referenced in this invoice has been completed to the satisfaction of the client as documented in the signed project brief dated 1 April 2025. No further revisions are included beyond the scope specified in the line items above.
- Intellectual property for all deliverables transfers to the client upon full and final payment of this invoice. Until such payment is received, all rights, including reproduction and distribution rights, remain with the Graphic Designer.
- This invoice includes 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. A GST credit may be claimed by the recipient if they are registered for GST.
- Payment is to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via electronic funds transfer to the bank account specified above. Cheques and cash payments are not accepted for invoices exceeding $5,000 AUD.
- This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under Contract CTR-2025-0112 and supersedes all previous estimates, quotations, or provisional invoices issued for this project.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to withhold final source file delivery and commercial licensing until all amounts due under this invoice have been received in full.
- Any dispute arising from this invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of the master service agreement, with jurisdiction in the courts of Queensland, Australia Brisbane.
