This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer practice operating in Australia Sydney, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth). All services described herein were performed by qualified Graphic Designer professionals and delivered in full compliance with the scope of work outlined in the signed Service Agreement dated 28 May 2025.
The Graphic Designer services rendered under this Invoice include all creative direction, design execution, file preparation, and quality assurance. All final deliverables have been reviewed and approved by the client's designated representative prior to the issuance of this Invoice. Intellectual property rights for all original design work transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice.
Please note that this Invoice is subject to the standard terms and conditions of PixelCraft Design Studio, which are available upon request. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Australia Sydney.
