Terms & Conditions of this Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Bangladesh Dhaka, and is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
- All design deliverables listed in this Invoice are the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any additional revisions beyond the 3 rounds included per deliverable will be charged at the hourly rate of BDT 1,500 per hour as specified in this Invoice.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with the commercial practices of Bangladesh Dhaka.
- All source files (AI, PSD, INDD, Figma) will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. Print-ready PDFs and PNG/JPG exports are included in the base deliverables.
- This Invoice is subject to the VAT regulations of the National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh. The 15% VAT charged is non-negotiable and compliant with Bangladesh tax law.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Bangladesh Dhaka. If unresolved, matters shall be referred to the relevant commercial court in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- The Graphic Designer reserves the right to withhold final file delivery until all payment obligations stated in this Invoice are fulfilled in full.
