Payment Instructions & Notes
Please settle the total amount of this Invoice within 30 calendar days of the invoice date (14 July 2025) via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above. Reference the Invoice number INV-2025-BRU-0047 in your payment transfer to ensure proper accounting reconciliation.
In the event of late payment, a statutory interest rate of 10% per annum shall apply in accordance with Belgian law (Royal Decree of 16 February 1999 on late payment in commercial transactions). Additionally, a fixed recovery cost of €40 per Invoice may be charged as permitted under Belgian consumer and commercial law.
All intellectual property rights in the final graphic design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the completed work in a professional portfolio for marketing purposes, subject to the client's written consent.
Legal & Regulatory Information — Belgium Brussels
This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Belgian Electronic Invoicing and Accounting regulations (Royal Decree of 20 January 2019) and the VAT Code of Belgium (Code TVA). The Graphic Designer is registered with the Brussels-Capital Region tax authority and is subject to the standard 21% VAT rate applicable in Belgium Brussels for professional creative services.
The Graphic Designer holds a valid professional liability insurance policy (Policy No. INS-BE-2025-88412) covering all design services rendered within the Brussels-Capital Region and throughout Belgium. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
This Invoice and the underlying service agreement are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels (Tribunal de Commerce de Bruxelles / Rechtbank van Koophandel van Brussel).
The Graphic Designer confirms that all work performed was carried out independently and that no subcontractors were used without prior written approval from the client. All software tools and assets used in the creation of the deliverables are properly licensed and royalty-free for commercial use within Belgium and the European Union.
