Important: This invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of Canada and the Province of Quebec. All graphic design services rendered by this Graphic Designer are subject to the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the federal rate of 5% and the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) at the provincial rate of 9.975%, as mandated for all commercial transactions conducted within Canada Montreal and the surrounding region.
Overdue Payments: A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining unpaid after the due date of July 12, 2025, in compliance with the Quebec Civil Code provisions governing commercial invoices.
Terms & Conditions – Graphic Designer Services Agreement
1. All graphic design work produced by this Graphic Designer for the client remains the intellectual property of Atelier Design Montréal Inc. until full payment of this invoice is received in cleared funds. Upon receipt of payment, all rights, including reproduction, modification, and distribution rights, are transferred to the client.
2. The client agrees to provide all necessary brand assets, copy, and feedback within the timelines established in the project scope. Delays in client feedback may result in schedule adjustments and additional billing at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate.
3. This invoice covers the services as described above. Any additional graphic design work, revisions beyond the agreed-upon rounds, or scope changes will be billed separately with a supplemental invoice.
4. All services are to be performed in Canada Montreal, Quebec, and are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated graphic design services shall be resolved through mediation in the jurisdiction of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
5. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in professional portfolios, case studies, and industry showcases, unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place between the parties.
6. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to reissue the invoice with updated tax rates if applicable in Canada Montreal.
