Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Please reference Invoice No. BJV-2025-00472 in your payment remittance. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of July 15, 2025, in accordance with the commercial contract signed between the parties.
Additional Notes & Terms
1. All Graphic Designer services rendered under this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated March 1, 2025, between Beijing Creative Vision Studio and Shanghai Horizon Technology Co., Ltd.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Graphic Designer retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the work product.
3. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Tax Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. A formal VAT special invoice (fapiao) will be issued separately and delivered to the client's finance department within five (5) business days of payment confirmation.
4. All design work was conducted at our studio located in the Chaoyang District of China Beijing. Any on-site consultations or presentations conducted at the client's premises in Shanghai are included in the billed hours.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document for the purpose of tax reporting, accounting, and commercial record-keeping in the People's Republic of China. The client is advised to retain this Invoice and the accompanying fapiao for a minimum of ten (10) years as required by PRC tax regulations.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein, both parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation first, followed by arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in China Beijing, in accordance with its rules of procedure.
