Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Kinshasa Creative Studio, a registered Graphic Designer firm operating in Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the commercial regulations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
2. All graphic design work referenced in this Invoice is the intellectual property of Kinshasa Creative Studio until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, all rights and source files transfer to the client.
3. The Graphic Designer services described herein were performed in Kinshasa, DR Congo, between 1 June 2025 and 14 June 2025. All deliverables were reviewed and approved by the client's representative, Mr. Jean-Pierre Mbuyi, prior to final invoicing.
4. Payment for this Invoice may be made in US Dollars (USD) or in Congolese Francs (CDF) at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of payment. Mobile money transfers via M-Pesa or Airtel Money are accepted for amounts up to $500 USD equivalent.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the commercial courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the charges may be subject to revision based on current market rates in the DR Congo Kinshasa creative services sector.
