Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Studio Nile Creative Design, a registered Graphic Design studio operating in Egypt Alexandria, in accordance with the Egyptian Commercial Code and the regulations of the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA).
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to the Alexandria National Bank account (IBAN: EG38 NBEK 0000 1001 2345 6789 0000), or certified check payable to Studio Nile Creative Design.
3. All intellectual property rights to the final Graphic Design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and verified payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is confirmed, the Graphic Designer retains all copyright and reproduction rights.
4. The Graphic Designer guarantees that all work delivered under this Invoice is original and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property. Any claims arising from pre-existing materials supplied by the client are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. This Invoice covers all services rendered between 1 June 2025 and 14 June 2025. Any additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed deliverables will be invoiced separately at the standard hourly rate of 450 EGP.
6. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in Alexandria, Egypt. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Alexandria, Egypt.
7. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable late-payment penalties as per Egyptian commercial law.
