Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by Cairo Creative Studio, a registered graphic design agency operating in Egypt Cairo, for professional Graphic Designer services rendered to Nile Horizon Marketing LLC. All design work was completed by our in-house Graphic Designer, Sara El-Sayed, in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon in the service contract dated May 20, 2025.
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to Cairo Creative Studio, National Bank of Egypt, Branch: Tahrir Square, Cairo. Account Name: Cairo Creative Studio LLC. IBAN: EG38 NBEK 0000 1099 4422 7788 11. Please reference Invoice No. CCS-2025-0487 in your transfer memo.
Important: This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge as per Egyptian commercial law. All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights to all source files until full payment of this Invoice is confirmed in writing.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Graphic Designer services delivered in Egypt Cairo. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed herein and confirms satisfaction with the work performed by the Graphic Designer.
2. All design assets, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, layouts, and brand elements created by the Graphic Designer at Cairo Creative Studio, shall transfer full ownership to the client upon receipt of complete payment. Until such time, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to display the work in professional portfolios and case studies.
3. Any additional revisions beyond the two included rounds will be billed at a rate of 1,500 EGP per hour, subject to a minimum charge of 3 hours per session. The Graphic Designer will provide a written estimate before commencing any additional work.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Graphic Designer services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
5. Cairo Creative Studio and its Graphic Designer team are not liable for any third-party claims regarding trademark infringement arising from design elements provided by the client. The client warrants that all brand names, product names, and reference materials supplied are free of encumbrances.
6. This Invoice must be presented to the Egyptian Tax Authority as part of the client's annual tax filing if the total exceeds the threshold for mandatory documentation. A stamped copy of this Invoice can be obtained from our Cairo office during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
