Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to CBE (Commercial Bank of Ethiopia) Account No. 1000-4482-9103-77, or NBE (National Bank of Ethiopia) Account No. 0001-7721-3345-12, held in the name of Abel Tesfaye Design Studio, Addis Ababa branch.
- Due Date: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025, i.e., by July 15, 2025.
- Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with Ethiopian commercial law.
- Revisions: The scope of work includes the revision rounds specified in each line item. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at the hourly rate of ETB 2,500 per hour.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all rights to the final approved designs transfer to the client. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the Ethiopian Civil Code.
- Validity: This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision.
Additional Notes
- All source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be delivered via secure cloud link within five (5) business days of final approval and payment confirmation.
- Print production and physical materials are not included in this Invoice. The Graphic Designer has provided all print-ready files and specifications to the client's preferred printing vendor in Addis Ababa.
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional graphic design services rendered in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. A receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
