Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Method: Bank Transfer (Virement Bancaire) to the account of Atelier Visuel Lyon, BNP Paribas, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX.
Due Date: This Invoice must be settled in full within 30 calendar days of the issue date, in compliance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-6). Late payments are subject to statutory interest at the rate defined by the Banque de France.
Penalties: In accordance with French regulations applicable in France Lyon, a late payment penalty of 3 times the legal interest rate will be applied, along with a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs.
Disputes: Any dispute regarding this Invoice shall be resolved by the commercial courts of Lyon (Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon), France.
