Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account details below. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, plus a fixed penalty of €40 for recovery costs.

Please reference Invoice No. ALD-2025-0047 on all correspondence and payments. In the event of any dispute regarding the scope of Graphic Designer services rendered, the parties agree to seek resolution through the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille before pursuing further legal action.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with French invoicing regulations (Article L441-3 and L441-6 of the Code de commerce). All Graphic Designer services described herein were performed at our studio located in France Marseille, and the applicable VAT rate of 20% has been applied as mandated by the French tax authority (Direction Générale des Finances Publiques).
All intellectual property rights associated with the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Graphic Designer retains all copyrights and reproduction rights over the work product. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be delivered in a secure digital archive within five business days of payment confirmation.
