Notes & Terms of Service
This Invoice is issued by Atelier Lumière Design, a registered independent Graphic Designer operating in France Paris, in accordance with French commercial law and the Code de Commerce. All graphic design services described herein were performed within the territory of France, specifically in the city of Paris, and are subject to French Value Added Tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 20%.
All intellectual property rights related to the final approved graphic design deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice. Until complete settlement, the Graphic Designer retains all rights to the work, including the right to display the project in a professional portfolio. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) will be delivered in their native editable formats upon receipt of the final payment.
This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment under the terms of the Service Agreement dated March 15, 2025, between Atelier Lumière Design (Graphic Designer) and Maison Élégance SARL. Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the associated graphic design services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Paris, France, in accordance with Article L722-1 of the French Code of Commerce.
Retained earnings and professional indemnity insurance are maintained in compliance with the regulations of the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Paris (CCI Paris). The Graphic Designer confirms that all work performed is original and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights under French law (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle).
