Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice constitutes the final and binding statement of all Graphic Designer services rendered by PixelCraft Studio GmbH for the project referenced above. All work was performed in Germany Berlin between 01 April 2025 and 30 May 2025.
2. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate (per § 288 BGB) shall apply automatically without further notice.
3. All intellectual property rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is received, the Graphic Designer retains all copyright and reproduction rights under German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz, UrhG).
4. Source files (Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop) are included in the final delivery. Any additional revisions beyond the three included rounds will be billed at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of 120 EUR per hour, plus applicable VAT.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
6. PixelCraft Studio GmbH is registered with the Berlin Chamber of Commerce (IHK Berlin) and is a member of the German Design Council (Deutscher Rat für Formgebung). All Graphic Designer work is performed in compliance with professional standards set by the Bundesverband Grafik-Design (BVG).
7. Please retain this Invoice for your accounting records. In accordance with § 14 UStG, this document serves as the valid tax invoice (Rechnung) for VAT deduction purposes.
