Invoice Terms & Conditions – Graphic Designer Engagement in Germany Frankfurt
This Invoice constitutes the final billing document for all Graphic Designer services rendered by Stefan Brandt (Brandt Design Studio) to Meridian Corporate Solutions GmbH for the period of 1 March 2025 through 10 June 2025. All services were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 28 February 2025, executed in Germany Frankfurt.
- Payment: The full Invoice amount of €17,183.60 is due within 30 calendar days of the Invoice date. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur interest at the statutory rate under German commercial law (HGB §288).
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment of this Invoice, all rights to the final approved Graphic Designer deliverables shall transfer to Meridian Corporate Solutions GmbH. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in professional portfolios and case studies, subject to a 90-day embargo period.
- Revisions: The scope of revisions included in this Invoice is limited to two (2) rounds per deliverable as outlined in the Service Agreement. Additional revision requests will be billed at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of €95.00.
- Source Files: All editable source files (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) will be delivered via secure cloud transfer within five (5) business days of final Invoice payment confirmation.
- Governing Law: This Invoice and the underlying service engagement are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany Frankfurt.
- VAT Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). The 19% VAT rate applies as both the Graphic Designer and the client are registered businesses within Germany Frankfurt.
