Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Kwame Asante Creative Studio, a registered Graphic Designer operating in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the Ghana Revenue Authority tax regulations. Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025.
A 50% advance payment of GHS 23,338.75 is required upon acceptance of this Invoice to commence the Graphic Designer's work. The remaining 50% balance of GHS 23,338.75 shall be due upon final delivery and client approval of all design deliverables.
Payments may be made via bank transfer to: GCB Bank, Accra Branch – Account Name: Kwame Asante Creative Studio – Account No: 0045-8821-3376. Alternatively, Mobile Money payments are accepted on the number +233 24 555 0192. All payments are in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
Late payments on this Invoice shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in line with standard commercial practice in Ghana Accra. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing work if payment terms are not met.
Notes & Important Information
This Invoice covers all Graphic Designer services rendered and to be rendered as itemized above. All design files will be delivered in industry-standard formats (AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG) suitable for both print and digital use.
The Graphic Designer retains full intellectual property rights over all original concepts and design methodologies. Upon full payment of this Invoice, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final approved designs for their business operations in Ghana Accra and internationally.
All work is subject to the Ghana Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Graphic Designer's work without written consent is strictly prohibited. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No: GHA-ACC-2025-0047 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
