1. This Invoice is issued by PixelCraft Design Studio, a registered Graphic Designer service provider operating out of India Bangalore, Karnataka. All services described herein were rendered by qualified Graphic Designers employed or contracted by the studio.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted under Indian law, whichever is lower.
3. All design files, source documents, and intellectual property rights transfer to the client only upon receipt of full and final payment of this Invoice. Until such payment is confirmed, all deliverables remain the exclusive property of the Graphic Designer and PixelCraft Design Studio.
4. The scope of work is limited to the items described in this Invoice. Any additional design requests, revisions beyond the agreed number, or changes in project direction will be billed separately at the Graphic Designer's standard hourly rate of ₹2,500 per hour.
5. All prices quoted in this Invoice are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per the Indian taxation framework. No additional statutory levies shall apply unless mandated by a change in government policy.
6. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After the expiry period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision at the discretion of the Graphic Designer service provider.
7. In the event of any dispute arising from this Invoice or the services rendered, both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
8. The Graphic Designer reserves the right to display completed work in their portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless a separate non-disclosure agreement has been executed by both parties prior to project commencement.
9. All communications regarding this Invoice, including queries, disputes, or payment confirmations, should be directed to the billing email address mentioned above. Verbal agreements do not constitute amendments to this Invoice.
