Payment Terms & Instructions
- This Invoice must be settled within 15 days from the Invoice date (i.e., by 30 June 2025) to avoid late payment charges of 1.5% per month.

- Alternative: UPI – arjun.mehta@upi | Paytm / PhonePe accepted for amounts up to ₹50,000.
- A 50% advance was received on 01 May 2025 (₹1,73,000.00). The remaining balance of ₹2,28,360.00 is due as per this Invoice.
- All payments are subject to the terms outlined in the master service agreement between the Graphic Designer and the client, registered under the laws of India Mumbai.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Graphic Designer reserves the right to re-quote rates based on current market conditions in India Mumbai.
2. All source files (AI, PSD, Figma, INDD) will be transferred to the client upon full and final payment of this Invoice. Until then, the Graphic Designer retains ownership of all creative assets.
3. The Graphic Designer, Arjun Mehta Design Studio, is a sole proprietorship registered in India Mumbai and is liable for GST as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This Invoice serves as a valid tax invoice for input tax credit purposes.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
5. This Invoice does not include costs for third-party stock imagery, font licensing, or print production. Such expenses, if incurred, will be billed separately with prior written approval from the client.
